Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for technical innovation and collaboration? Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days a week in the office, which is based in central Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  3. Business Cases: Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  4. Implementation Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  2. Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  3. Good experience working with software development teams and solid technical experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  4. Proficiency with data tools and the ability to read SQL.
