Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Computer Futures. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in process mapping and workflow diagramming tools.
- Good experience working with software development teams and solid technical experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with data tools and the ability to read SQL.
