Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Computer Futures. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Good experience working with software development teams and solid technical experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with data tools and the ability to read SQL.
