Join Our Team as a Head of Apprenticeship Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Parking Services team as a Head of Apprenticeship Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading transformation efforts, and meeting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Parking Services team in delivering high-quality services to our residents
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve parking services and increase revenue
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Recruit, train, and lead staff to foster a skilled and adaptable workforce
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of environmental and regeneration issues facing the borough
  • Ability to interpret, model, and articulate a strong strategic vision for service quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
