The service is renowned for its holistic approach, focusing on both physical and mental health, ensuring comprehensive care for all service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals struggling with substance misuse
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
The ideal candidate will possess a valid RMN qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Previous experience in a drug and alcohol service is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong background in mental health nursing and a keen interest in substance misuse are encouraged to apply. Key skills include excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
