Therapist for Children with Autism and Learning Difficulties

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of our students.
- Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, teachers, and support staff, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of our students and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and speech therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
