Help Desk Administrator

This role is ideal for a highly organized and enthusiastic Help Desk Administrator who thrives in a team environment and is committed to contributing to the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Help Desk: Handle incoming calls from clients requiring maintenance support and ensure timely resolution.
  2. Log and Allocate Calls: Record details of all calls managed onto the computer system and assign tasks to a team of Engineers.
  3. Track Work Progress: Monitor work from initiation to completion and maintain accurate records.
  4. Administer Timesheets and Invoices: Collect Engineers' timesheets, calculate costs, and generate client sales invoices.
  5. Procure Spare Parts: Order spare parts daily and ensure prompt delivery.
  6. Generate Reports: Compile weekly reports, track progress, and record details on work completed.
