Our nursing home, Cossham Gardens, is a modern, purpose-built facility that provides high-quality care and support to 21 adults. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our ancillary services, including catering, maintenance, transportation, and domestic services.
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Coordinate transportation services to ensure that our residents receive timely and safe transportation to appointments and activities.
  • Ensure that our domestic services are delivered to a high standard, including cleaning and laundry services.
  • Develop and implement activities and programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing a team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in planning and organizing activities and programs.
  • Experience in working with customers who have disabilities.
  • A full, clean driving license (if required for the role).
