- Financial Support and Processing: Provide a comprehensive financial support and processing service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services within established KPIs and performance indicators.
- Adult Care Case Management: Work collaboratively with the adult care team to manage service users' financial information, including direct payments, provider payments, and deferred payments.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data management, adhering to local policies and national guidance, to support the delivery of financial services.
- Workload Management: Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with external bodies, including legal service organizations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Correspondence and Enquiries: Handle routine correspondence and telephone enquiries of a personal and confidential nature, ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion.
- Post Management: Manage daily incoming and outgoing post for the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing within agreed timescales.
- Procedure Review: Collaborate with colleagues to review and update procedures to improve quality and consistency.
- Relationship Building: Foster effective working relationships with Lincolnshire County Council staff, service providers, service users, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer and manual filing systems to support financial operations.
