Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury club, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a unique experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage F&B Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of food and beverage services, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, including FOH, chefs, and events coordinators, to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the club's brand and values, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for members and guests.
- Financial Management: Manage the club's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and growth.
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and exceed expectations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and implementing measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, including appraisals, payroll, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in managing a team, including FOH, chefs, and events coordinators, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and growth.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members and deliver personalized service.
- Health and Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to conduct regular checks and implement measures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
