Job Title: Luxury Club Experience Manager

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

As a Luxury Club Experience Manager at The Langham, London, you will be responsible for ensuring that the buffet food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards. You will liaise with all hotel departments to maintain great communication and cooperation. Your key focus will be to motivate and lead the Langham Club team, monitor and manage performance, and provide administrative support when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality buffet food and beverage offerings
  • Liaise with hotel departments to maintain effective communication and cooperation
  • Motivate and lead the Langham Club team
  • Monitor and manage performance to ensure efficient and personalized guest service
  • Provide administrative support, including duty rotas, holiday requests, and absence management
  • Handle guest complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Update and develop training manuals and SOPs for the Langham Club Lounge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Experience of supervising and leading teams
  • Strong interest and passion for food and beverage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
