Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and effective communication with external carriers.
  • Verify shipment accuracy and prepare stock for processing, including categorizing and storing stock in the correct location.
  • Support the UK Stock Controller in processing transactions in SAP, maintaining accurate records of loan and sample equipment, and conducting weekly stock cycle counts.
  • Assist with order processing, including picking and packing orders, and allocating stock to outbound sales orders in SAP.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy warehouse space, adhering to safety and organizational standards, and contribute to team operations meetings and collaborative discussions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations/warehouse environment, preferably with a high SKU/material count.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive and solution-based approach to work, along with excellent communication skills.
