About the Role

We are working with a leading client in the water industry to recruit a HSEQ Advisor on a permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management systems across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of Health & Well-being initiatives within the business, under the direction of the HSEQ Manager.
  • Communicate and promote monthly themes to ensure a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Promote the value of occupational health at a local level, providing consistent and accurate HSEQ advice to employees.
  • Support regions on HSEQ initiatives, providing timely investigations and identifying root causes.
  • Monitor, verify, and report HSEQ statistics on a monthly basis, as directed.
  • Log significant incidents, minor injuries, and RIDDORS onto Envoy, completing investigations as necessary.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, with IOSH certification ideal.
  • Associate IEMA membership is also desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret detailed information and regulations.
  • High standard of written English and excellent use of MS Office.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • CSCS certification is essential.
