Job Title: Building Safety Adviser

We are working with a leading client in the construction industry to find a highly skilled Building Safety Adviser to join their team. As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  6. Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.
Requirements:
  1. NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
  2. IOSH or IEMA certification.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Passion for health, safety, and environmental management.
