Facilities Support Specialist (Full-Time)

What qualifications are essential for a Facilities Support Specialist? Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting our Facilities team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff, addressing various tasks, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues proactively. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a Facilities support role, such as a Maintenance Technician, Plumber, Electrician, or Painter/Decorator, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring a secure workplace.
  • A results-driven mindset, working collaboratively within the Kimpton family to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • A friendly and genuine demeanor, coupled with a proactive approach to service.
  • A willingness to collaborate with our team to uphold our service standards and delight our guests.
