About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality L&OD service that supports the development of our staff and contributes to the achievement of our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a range of L&OD interventions, including leadership development programmes, talent management, coaching & mentoring, staff engagement, change management and behavioural change interventions.
  • Work with stakeholders across the hospital to scope out requirements for projects and facilitate interventions that support change management and enable service and cultural change.
  • Design and deliver staff engagement initiatives to positively impact upon staff satisfaction levels.
  • Support the delivery and administration of a coaching and mentoring service.
  • Plan and deliver training on a wide range of non-clinical topics to meet the needs of staff across the organisation.
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Deliver presentations to divisional level colleagues.
