About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As an E-learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and deploying high-quality e-learning content to support the achievement of organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and interventions using various digital mediums and instructional design frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss creative proposals and concepts, ensuring that learning solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
  3. Research and stay up-to-date with current market trends in digital learning technology and practice, making recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with the Instructional Designer to ensure that all learning interventions meet the highest standard of quality.
  5. Hybrid working arrangements with some travel to team meetings.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in instructional design and development of e-learning content, with a strong understanding of instructional design principles, models, and learning theories.
  2. Expertise in using digital development and design tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft 360 suite.
  3. Experience working in an e-learning development role, with a focus on creating accessible and effective learning solutions.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a virtual team.
  5. Comfortable working with AI tools and integrating AI elements into e-learning solutions.
