Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

Penrose Court Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.44.
  • A 44-hour contracted week, providing a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
