Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful care environment, promoting dignity and well-being for all residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.44.
- A 44-hour contracted week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks of annual leave, allowing you to relax and recharge.
- Onsite parking and a meal provided on shift.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 5 12-hour shifts per week.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
