Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the Day Service Manager and ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Support customers to lead fulfilling lives, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the Day Service Manager to assess customer care needs and develop person-centred plans.
  • Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements, including CQC, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Environmental Health.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high-quality service that meets customer needs.
