Care and Activities Professional

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator at Penrose Court Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and meaningful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure a seamless and supportive environment
- Collaborate with our care team to identify and address the unique needs of each resident
- Plan and deliver activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.50
- A contracted 20 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance
- A comprehensive pension scheme
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)

Requirements:
- Experience in care or activities roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs and priorities
