About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our CHAS at Home team, delivering high-quality care to families in their community. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for leading assessment, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to provide exceptional care to children and families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • First-level registered nurse with a valid UK NMC pin
  • Highly experienced in a nursing role, working with children, young people, and their families
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize a busy workload and act as a role model for the team
