About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our CHAS at Home team, delivering high-quality care to children and their families in their community. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will take responsibility for leading assessment, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for children, young people, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care for children, young people, and families
  • Take responsibility for line management and leadership of the team
  • Work closely with Senior Charge Nurses to promote effective teamwork and meet the needs of children, young people, and families
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive team environment
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and their families
