As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will take responsibility for leading assessment, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care for children, young people, and families
- Take responsibility for line management and leadership of the team
- Work closely with Senior Charge Nurses to promote effective teamwork and meet the needs of children, young people, and families
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive team environment
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and their families
