Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing and implementing effective care plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
  • Postgraduate expertise within specialty/area of practice.
  • Leadership skills to enable day-to-day management of service delivery.
  • Excellent team working/leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
  • Effective time management skills and working knowledge of basic information technology.
