What does a Vehicle Compliance Officer do?


• Engages with the public to provide guidance on vehicle immobilization and penalties.

• Informs individuals about payment options and addresses concerns related to enforcement measures taken on their vehicles.

• Collaborates with various agencies, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, as necessary.

• Handles public inquiries regarding enforcement actions and ensures that relevant informational materials are accessible.

• Maintains all vehicles and enforcement tools, ensuring they are operational and reporting any issues to management.

• Prepares daily activity reports to document operations.

What qualifications are needed to be a Vehicle Compliance Officer?

Valid UK Manual Driving Licence
Strong Communication Skills
Self-Driven and Motivated
Customer-Oriented Approach
Flexibility to work various shifts
Ability to operate independently
Previous experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
