Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a DVLA Enforcement Officer, you will play a key role in removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with members of the public and provide advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advise the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Work alongside other agencies, including the Police, DVLA, and VOSA.
- Deal with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensure the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensure all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
- Complete daily reports regarding activities.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
