Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a DVLA Enforcement Officer, you will play a key role in removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with members of the public and provide advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advise the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Work alongside other agencies, including the Police, DVLA, and VOSA.
• Deal with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensure the relevant information packs are available.
• Ensure all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
• Complete daily reports regarding activities.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Self Motivated
• Customer Focused
• Ability to work shifts
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
