At Vibro Ground Improvement Specialists LTD, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee all aspects of procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials and services essential for our ground improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
  2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  3. Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns proactively.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify procurement needs and specifications.
  5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  6. Streamline procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  7. Analyse market trends, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  8. Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
  2. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
