Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrator to join our client's team in Skelmersdale. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the business complies with all codes of practice and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the technical and wider teams.
  • Create and update technical documentation, including computerized dashboards, specifications, raw material data sheets, and Microbiological tables.
  • Develop certificates of analysis for the company's powder arm.
  • Facilitate the release of products for sale based on microbiological, chemical, and organoleptic results against agreed specifications.
  • Handle customer complaints, including supporting the relevant manager with investigation and corrective/preventative action.
  • Monitor the technical performance of dairy powder to ensure timely release.
  • Work with the team to ensure all technical information and documents are up-to-date and completed correctly.
  • Conduct internal audits against company policies and GMP standards.

  • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of product specifications and customer portals.
