About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Next. As a key member of our display team, you will be responsible for implementing in-store display strategies across stores within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dressing and styling mannequins and display features within Fashion and Home windows in multiple stores.
  • Creating seasonal window displays by installing new window schemes and equipment.
  • Conducting regular store visits on a rolling 3-week schedule to ensure displays meet brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Display Manager to achieve display objectives.
  • Supporting the wider Display team with ad-hoc creative tasks during seasonal window scheme changes.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this field-based position.
  • Previous experience in Visual Merchandising, Display, or Fashion-related roles.
  • Fashion trend awareness and a creative background with an eye for visual appeal.
  • Hands-on ability with willingness to perform simple DIY and creative tasks.
  • Previous mannequin dressing experience is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
  • A flexible approach to adapt to fluctuating workloads during each season.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues effectively.
  • Understanding of the Next customer and their needs.
