About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a personalized shopping experience and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  4. Commerciality: Ensure that the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct by analyzing sales data and making informed decisions about product placement and promotions.
  5. Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Ear Piercing: Receive full training on ear piercing procedures and provide exceptional service to customers.

About You

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year retail management experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
  • Ability to operate POS system
