Project Manager

Liberty is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our M&E and Renewables team. As a key member of our projects divisions team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to deliver projects from inception to completion
- Manage M&E supervisors and operatives/sub-contractor labour on projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Estimate and plan projects, including construction plans and master programmes
- Align labour resource and materials to project needs
- Assist leadership and regional operational teams in managing site staff and client relationships
- Ensure financial control and compliance of projects
- Develop and update contract/project programmes and construction phase plans
- Assess and develop new business opportunities
- Relevant HNC/HND degree or equivalent experience
- Appropriate building/technical qualification/GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
- Valid site-based qualification (SMSTS or equivalent)
- Recognised first aid qualification
- Proven experience in commercial heating systems and installations
- Experience in renewable energy installations
- Fire Marshall qualification
- Experience in project delivery, including measurement and specifications of works
- Experience in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office software
