Role Summary

As a Physiotherapist Functional Evaluator at Maximus, you will leverage your clinical knowledge to assess how an individual's health condition or disability influences their daily activities. This position involves working with intricate cases that encompass chronic pain, neurological, physical, and mental health issues, allowing you to utilize your empathy and expertise to assist clients in progressing in their lives.

This position is both demanding and fulfilling, which is why we offer a comprehensive training program designed to support your success. You will undergo an initial training period before engaging with clients, along with continuous mentorship throughout your career with us.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assessments via telephone, video, or in-person to evaluate the impact of health conditions on daily living. Generate Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to aid the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in determining benefit eligibility. Enhance your clinical acumen and assessment capabilities through regular feedback and supervision.

Qualifications

Current HCPC registration number. Minimum of one year of diverse post-registration experience, either within or outside the NHS. Must possess the right to work in the UK; sponsorships are not available. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computer software for report writing and documentation.
