Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 basic annual salary

Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the UK Supply Chain Director. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to capital expenditures, information technology, and process enhancement initiatives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and refine project delivery lifecycle processes, ensuring the implementation of consistent delivery practices across teams.
- Develop structured processes to maintain adherence to project governance and delivery frameworks.
- Identify and propose solutions to challenges encountered during project execution, leading initiatives from requirement definition through to deployment.
- Align project objectives with organizational goals, creating detailed work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture a matrix project team to optimize performance while balancing routine operational demands, providing clear direction and motivation.
- Collaborate with EMEA and manufacturing project teams to enhance efficiencies and align strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing consistent delivery practices within project teams.
- Professional certifications such as Prince2 or MSP are preferred; PMP or Agile certifications will also be considered.
- Demonstrated project management experience in supply chain or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial context, with a preference for large-scale capital expenditure projects.
- Experience in managing project budgets effectively.
