Job Overview

LEEA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for managing the development and review of technical and guidance documents for our members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the development of guidance documents in line with LEEA's processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
  • Draft proposals for new document development to be added to our work programme.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their capacity and expertise.
  • Review and edit documents for editorial quality and consistency.
  • Organize and facilitate consultations with members on technical content.
  • Support working group meetings to ensure consensus on guidance documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and project management software.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create technical guidance documents.
  • Organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Process-driven and data-focused mindset.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to evaluating and recommending new ways to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Excellent English language skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
