Finance and Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a Finance and Accounts Clerk. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career or someone looking to build on their existing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Manage accounts, including issuing invoices to customers and chasing payments.
  • Assist with payment runs and wages preparation and processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting basics.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good grasp of finance regulations, with experience with FRC a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
