About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis to assist with a housekeeping project. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Finance and the wider team in reviewing and cleaning up the purchase order system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and clear duplicate purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal staff to investigate pending orders and invoices
  • Work autonomously to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in purchase ledger or purchase ordering systems, as well as the ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
