The Finance team in the Cheshire office currently consists of 30 employees and there is a need for an Accounts Assistant to join the AP team.

The role...
- Ensure purchase invoices are matched to purchase orders and are posted accurately and on a timely basis across UK & US ledgers
- Communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the business to ensure compliance with the procurement process
- Setting up vendor payment runs
- Effectively work towards set targets including strict month end deadline
- Assist the Global Services Manager with month end duties
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an Accounts function
- Good MS Excel skills with a desire to progress to an advanced level
- A values-led operator who acts as a beacon of integrity and trust and constantly demonstrates reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Have a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail.
