Rendall & Rittner, a renowned Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, upholding Rendall & Rittner's policies, procedures, and values.
  • Ensure adherence to lease agreements, managing lease extensions and variations.
  • Oversee the calculation, collection, and allocation of service charges, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate routine and emergency repairs, manage contractors, and maintain high standards of property upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, provide financial reporting, and oversee reserve funds for long-term maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for leaseholders, addressing their queries, concerns, and disputes.
  • Organize and lead annual general meetings, presenting financial and operational updates to leaseholders.
  • Stay current with property-related laws and ensure compliance.
  • Handle and mediate disputes, focusing on resolution.
  • Oversee projects, including managing Section 20 consultations and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effective communication, ensuring leaseholders receive timely, clear, and helpful information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential leasehold property management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of property-related laws and regulations.
