About This Role

As Head of RTW Product Development, you will lead and inspire a team dedicated to crafting exceptional menswear collections for Alfred Dunhill. Your expertise in product development, combined with your passion for luxury fashion, will be instrumental in shaping the brand's future.

Your Impact
  • Team Leadership: You will guide and mentor a talented team of product developers through every stage of the process, from initial design concepts to final product sign-off. Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
  • Strategic Sourcing: In partnership with key stakeholders, you will identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier suppliers worldwide. This strategic approach will guarantee the highest quality materials, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.
  • Innovation & Quality: You will champion a culture of innovation and meticulous attention to detail. Your commitment to excellence will ensure that every product meets the exacting standards of the Alfred Dunhill brand.
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from initial design briefs to final production sign-off.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, merchandisers, and suppliers to ensure alignment with brand vision and target market.
  • Developing and managing budgets for product development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the development process, utilizing IPDM systems effectively.
  • Conducting regular supplier evaluations to ensure ongoing performance meets brand expectations.
