Front Office Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team at a Criterion Hospitality property in the heart of London.
We are a dynamic and creative company looking to bring innovation to our real-estate, hotels, and other parts of our business. If you're looking for a role that involves drive and passion for innovation, in a fast-paced environment, then we'd be delighted to hear from you.
With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London's bustling West End, we're seeking an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a warm welcome.
- Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests' services.
- Supervise and lead our team, combining a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude.
- Deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
- A positive individual who is excited to be part of a fun team.
- Driven to deliver results.
- Minimum 1 year in a Front Office Role in a similar property.
- Daily food allowance (non-contractual) for days worked.
