We are enhancing our civil engineering division and are in search of a Client Relationship Manager to spearhead this initiative and become a key contributor to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing business relationships
  • Taking charge of specific markets and propelling business growth
  • Conducting new business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Facilitating review meetings with current clients
  • Analyzing competitors in the market and securing business from them
  • Providing valuable data and insights to both current and prospective clients to foster stronger relationships

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in construction recruitment, particularly within the civil engineering sector
  • A proven track record as a strong, consistent billing consultant (or perhaps you are leading a team and wish to step back from daily leadership duties)
  • A consultative, professional approach to business partnerships
  • The ability to partner with and grow client accounts to enhance gross profit
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • The capacity to perform well under pressure
