We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our Real Estate Department. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of non-contentious construction work, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice to clients across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of construction work, including drafting and negotiating contracts, appointments, and supporting documents.
  • Assist other members of the team with their caseloads of construction work, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
  • Meet set financial and chargeable targets, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
About You
  • 5+ years PQE experience in construction law, with a strong academic record and excellent technical knowledge.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong IT and typing skills, with experience of using relevant software and systems.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets, with a flexible approach to meeting business needs.
