About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a key member of our Construction & Engineering team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of non-contentious Construction matters, including JCT and NEC contract forms.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in Construction law and a strong commercial acumen. You will be expected to work closely with clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships and providing expert advice on all aspects of Construction law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of non-contentious Construction matters, including JCT and NEC contract forms
  • Providing expert advice on all aspects of Construction law to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the administrative team to ensure efficient case management
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Construction law
