About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Litigation Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a Construction Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on a varied caseload covering all aspects of non-contentious Construction matters, including JCT and NEC contract forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts
  • Provide advice on construction law and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in construction law
  • Strong knowledge of industry standard form building contracts
  • Excellent commercial acumen and passion for business development
  • Competitive basic salary - up to £80,000 DOE
