About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Construction Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a Construction Solicitor, you will work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of non-contentious Construction matters, including JCT and NEC contract forms.


The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience and be experienced with industry standard form building contracts. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for business development are essential, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a varied workload of non-contentious Construction matters
  • Working with industry standard form building contracts
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with clients
  • Managing a caseload and meeting deadlines
