Customer Experience Specialist

Opus Technology is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage allocated work pools to ensure all cases are worked according to SLA's and proactively manage CRM tickets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide out-of-hours support to our customers within the Networks on-call schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSE grades at 'C' level or above, including Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of personal motivation and a desire to further skills and career through in-house training.
