The firm specializes in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate clients, with a focus on construction clients. They offer a stable and supportive environment, with a low turnover of staff and opportunities for career progression.

To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 3-4 years of commercial broking sales experience and ideally hold the Cert CII qualification. You will be highly professional, confident, and driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

The salary on offer is competitive, with a basic salary of GBP 45-75k, plus a car allowance, excellent bonuses, and a pension scheme. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
