Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food-To-Go Department as a Bakery Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality food products, including sandwiches, baked goods, and other items, in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
- Upsell selected products to customers and highlight multi-buy offers to maximize sales.
- Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards when storing, preparing, and serving food and cleaning the department.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
- Reliable and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
