Highways Asset Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asset/Project Manager to join our Highways and Structures team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records, data, planning, and control, as well as network management and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor current assets and identify future maintenance needs, developing sustainable proposals for renewals.
- Manage the programme of inventory, structures, and pavement inspections.
- Develop a Schemes Database for proposal.
- Collate records on network condition, inventory, and improvement for both infrastructure and road users.
- Produce and monitor inspection programmes on a regular basis.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out by subcontractors.
- Familiarity with materials performance and road construction techniques, as well as working knowledge of Highway Maintenance Activities.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Highways maintenance.
Requirements:
HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering.
Benefits:
