Commercial Assets Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Assets Manager to join our Property team in Central and West England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, commissioning, and delivering investment programmes across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted asset investment plans to enhance the value of our commercial stock.
  • Manage investment and cyclical programmes within agreed budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure capital and revenue projects meet their needs and expectations.
  • Provide business partnering support to staff across the commercial business, addressing property-related matters, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Conduct routine stock condition surveys and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on commercial property assets to inform strategic portfolio reviews and investment decisions.
  • Prepare technical reports and committee reports to support investment programmes.
  • Stay up-to-date with building regulations, legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Utilize stock condition software systems to manage and analyze property data.
  • Apply excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills to deliver results.
  • Present recommendations based on analysis, logic, and evidence.
